Employee Wi-Fi (Roetzel)
(Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android)
- Search and connect to the Wi-Fi network titled "Roetzel" on your device.
- Once connected, it will open a webpage automatically to enter the following information:
- Your Username (i.e - jsmith)
- Your Network Password (i.e - your computer password)
- Proceed by selecting Sign In.
Note: If you have issues connecting to the Wi-Fi, please choose the option to "Forget/Remove" the network and reconnect to the Wi-Fi.
Guest Wi-Fi (RA-Guest)
(Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android)
- Search and connect to the Wi-Fi network titled "RA-Guest" on your device.
- Once connected, it will open a webpage automatically to enter the following information:
- Guest's Full Name
- Guest's Email Address
- Select Continue.
- A new screen will appear. Please enter in the Sponsor Email. This will be your office's Wi-Fi email:

- [email protected] - Cleveland
- [email protected] - Toledo
- [email protected] - Columbus
- [email protected] - Naples
- [email protected] - Chicago
- [email protected] - Fort Myers
- An email will go to that office's receptionist, who will approve your guest into our network.
Note: If you have issues connecting to the Wi-Fi, please choose the option to "Forget/Remove" the network and reconnect to the Wi-Fi.
