ConnectSuite / E-Certify - Login, Update Password & Mailing

Logging into ConnectSuite/E-Certify

1.   Click here to access the login screen for ConnectSuite - https://ecertify.connect-suite.com/login.aspx

2.    Enter your Username (your Roetzel Email Address).

 

3.    If this is your first time logging into ConnectSuite, enter your default password – Roetzel1

NOTE: If you have forgotten your password, see the section below for how to update your password.

 

4.    Click on Log In. Accept terms and conditions if requested to.

NOTE: Upon logging in for the frist time, it is strongly recommended that you change your password. 


Updating ConnectSuite/E-Certify Password

1. Click here to be brought to the login screen- https://ecertify.connect-suite.com/login.aspx

2. Choose Forgot Password

3. Enter in your Roetzel Email Address

 

Password Requirements:  

  • Minimum of 12 characters, contains characters from two of the following three security categories:
    • Upper Case Characters (A through Z)
    • Numbers (0 through 9)
    • Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !,$, #, %).

Mail Piece Creation & Address Validation

1. Click on Create Tracking.

2. Type, copy and paste or, select from your e-Certify address book, the recipients address.

3. Click on Validate Address.  This conforms to USPS standards, but is NOT required.

4. Calculate the Estimated Postage by selecting the Envelope Type, Payment Method and Page Count (include banner page in your count).

5. Enter the Custom Fields CM# and Initials are required.

6.  Click Save.


Print Certified Mail Barcode / Banner Pages / Prepare Your Document For Mailing

1. Click on My Mail Queue.

2. Select the boxes for the banner pages to be printed.

3. Download the banner pages and print. Copies can also be saved to iManage.

4. Insert the folded banner page and documents in a Certified Mail window envelope. Certified window envelopes are available for large mail pieces.


Submitting Pieces to USPS

1. Once ready to submit to USPS and for postage to be added click on My Mail Queue.

2. Select the boxes for mail pieces to be submitted.

3. Click on Submit Pieces to the USPS.

4. From the Actions menu to the far right, click on PS3877 Firmbook  (put your initials on this – this is similar to the little green slip that is used now).

5. Print the Shipment Confirmation Acceptance Page.

6. Click Done.

7. Paperclip, or band the PS3877 Firmbook pages to the certified mail envelopes.

8.  Once the mail piece has been delivered, the user will get an email with the confirmation of delivery. The post office sends the Proof of Delivery confirmations once a week, on a Monday.

NOTE: This is what is taken to the post office and stamped as acknowledgment of mailing.

If you miss the step to print the acceptance form:

1. Go to Mail Pieces.

2. Click Job ID, and select the drop-down menu to the far right, PS3877 Firmbook.

3. Paperclip, or band the PS3877 pages to the certified mail envelopes.
