About International Travel with Firm Equipment

  • Roetzel defines international travel is anywhere outside the United States (excludes American territories).
  • If you plan on traveling outside the United States, you need to contact the IT Support Desk to inform the team of your travel.
  • Please inform IT at least 2-3 days prior of your travel plans to ensure no disruptions are made from your firm computer or firm phone.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your firm equipment when traveling.
  • It is strongly encouraged to connect to firm phone hotspot data instead of airport/hotel Wi-Fi.

Scheduling International Travel

Please provide the following information to IT. Feel free to create a ticket here regarding your travels.

  1. Dates you will be outside the country.
  2. Specific locations/cities of these dates outside the country (i.e - Rota, Spain). This also includes locations for any layovers.
  3. If attending a cruise, please provide the dates and locations of the cruise and the cruise line you will be attending.
