About The Horizon Meeting Room Center

• The Horizon is designed to offer the tenants of Huntington Center an amenity space just an elevator ride away from your office.
• The Horizon houses four (4) Meeting Rooms, a Social Lounge and an Outdoor Terrace.
• The Meeting Rooms are designed to fulfill the needs of any Huntington Center Tenant requiring additional meeting space. The Meeting Rooms can accommodate a variety of configurations depending on your meeting needs.
• The Social Lounge and Outdoor Terrace are designed to offer Tenants of Huntington Center an alternate place to work, socialize and enjoy the spectacular views.
• Weather permitting, the Outdoor Terrace is available for all Tenants on a first come, first-serve basis and can be reserved after hours exclusively through the Property Management Office for a fee.

Business Hours

• Monday through Friday
• ​​8:00 AM through 5:00 PM
• The Meeting Rooms can be reserved during Business Hours. Fees apply.
• The Social Lounge and Outdoor Terrace are community space during the Business Hours of 9:00 AM through 3:00 PM.

After Hours

• Weekdays after 4:00 PM
• All day for Weekends
• The Horizon can be booked for an afterhours event with approval from the Property Management Office.
• Weekend events will be considered on a case-by-case basis, requiring approval from the Property Management Office. Fees Apply.

Rooms

The Horizon offers four (4) Meeting Rooms. See attachment for floorplans.

• Neil Room has seating for up to 10.
• Metro Room has seating for up to 8.
• Century Room has seating for up to 10. Century Room can be combined with State Room for larger needs.
• State Room has seating for up to 22 – 40 and is available in:
  • Conference setup (tables and chairs)
  • Lecture setup (chairs only)
• State Room/Century Room Combination:
  • Can be combined for additional space as needed.

Computer Connectivity

• There is a USB Webcam in each meeting room. Connect this to your firm laptop if you wish to have video calls.
• There is a HDMI Cable in each meeting room. Connect this to your firm laptop if you wish to share your screen.
