iPhone Mail App - Reauthentication of Email Access

When new emails are not populating on iPhone:

  1. Go to Settings >> Apps >> Mail >> Mail Accounts.
  2. Tap Roetzel M365 Cloud.
  3. Tap Re-Enter Password >> Click Continue.
  4. Enter your email, password and MFA Number.
  5. Immediately after entering your MFA number, minimize* the Authenticator app and tap back into the Settings app in the background.
  6. You will see the Settings app refresh and the re-enter password option disappear, indicating a successful authentication of email access.
