When new emails are not populating on iPhone:
- Go to Settings >> Apps >> Mail >> Mail Accounts.
- Tap Roetzel M365 Cloud.
- Tap Re-Enter Password >> Click Continue.
- Enter your email, password and MFA Number.
- Immediately after entering your MFA number, minimize* the Authenticator app and tap back into the Settings app in the background.
- You will see the Settings app refresh and the re-enter password option disappear, indicating a successful authentication of email access.
