Nuance PDF - Inserting Signature or Image into PDF

Option 1: Signature or Image is Inside a Word Document

  1. Click on the image so that it is highlighted
  2. Right click the image and choose Copy
  3. While in the PDF, press CTRL + V to paste the image into the document.

Option 2: Signature or Image is Saved on your Computer as a File

  1. Right click on image file and choose Open With.

  2. Select Paint.

  3. Use the select tool  and drag over the image so it is fully selected.

  4. Once selected, from the ribbon choose the Copy icon to save it to your clipboard.

  5. While in the PDF, press CTRL + V to paste the image into the document.
