Zoom - How to Join a Zoom Meeting

NOTE: Zoom passwords are not handled by IT.

Option 1: Joining from Roetzel Laptop

1. Open the Zoom desktop app.
2. Join a meeting using one of these methods:
   1. If you want to join a meeting without signing in:
      1. Click Join a Meeting. 
      2. Enter the meeting ID (and password if required) and your display name.
   2. If you want to join a meeting by signing in first:
      1. Sign in to the desktop app.
      2. Click the Home tab.
      3. Click Join.
3. Select if you would like to connect audio and/or video. Click Join.

Option 2: Joining from Mobile Device (iPad, iPhone, Android, etc.)

1. If you have not already downloaded the app, go to your app store and download Zoom Workplace.
2. Join a meeting using one of these methods:
   1. If you want to join a meeting without signing in:
      1. Click Join a Meeting.
      2. Enter the meeting ID (and password if required) and your display name.
   2. If you want to join a meeting by signing in first:
      1. Sign in to the mobile app.
      2. Click the Home tab.
      3. Click Join.
