Overview
- In the event you are trying to change where the package is sent (from a non-Roetzel location: i.e. court, client, etc.) PS-SHIP is unable to do this.
- However, Akron Office Services has the ability to utilize the FedEx website directly to make a label to have it be a different sender, but still be billed through Roetzel.
Process
- Contact Akron Office Services at 330-762-7902.
- They will need the following information
- The Name of person, client or court.
- The address of the person, client or court.
- The Name and address of where the package will be sent to.
- Provide Akron Office Services your email so they can email you a PDF of the label.
Note: If you wish to have a return label to be made in addition to this request, please inform Akron Office Services. This will allow the package go back to the non-Roetzel location you from the information you provided in Step 2.1.
